At K12 Gallery & TEJAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic purchases and workshop registrations. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible physical goods and class credits.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or visit our gallery front desk with your order number and receipt to begin the return process.
Prepare the Item
Ensure that the artwork or supplies are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Ship or Drop Off
Return the items directly to our downtown studio location or use a trackable shipping service to send them back to our mailing address.
Receive Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
